溜池山王の肉塊UNOでランチ。コロナ前から存在は知っていて、行きたいなと思っていたのだけど、ちょっと遠いのと、コロナ前は高めランチなイメージだったので、行けないままやっと訪問。さすが人気店、混んでいるけど、さほど待たずには入れた。一人客も多くて入りやすい。
セットのスープとポンデケージョ。完全糖質オフ目指すならパンは食べちゃいけないけど、ポンデケージョだし小さいのでいいかなーと食べてしまった。もちもちでおいしかった。
カレーとかもあるけれど、ここはもちろんグラスフェッドのローストビーフ150gとローストチキン100gのセットで。コロナ後、ランチ1,000円越えが普通になった中、こんなにたっぷり肉がついて1,100円てやっすい！ポンデケージョはつくけど、ご飯はないのもありがたい。お肉は赤身で、ヘルシーな感じ。チキンちょっと焼きすぎかなあ。どちらも変に凝らず、シンプルな味付け。欲を言うとワサビとかあったらいいかも。家でも最近こんなご飯なので、家ならもっと安いし、もっとサラダ増やしてパンなしにできるけど、まあ外食としては合格だ。
