牧草で育った牛の赤肉がとにかくうまい！ここのお肉は別格だ！これまたいろいろなお店でシュラスコを堪能したが、ここのお店は他の店とは全然違い、とにかく肉の質でストレートの勝負をしている感じが良い！このお店に慣れると、他のお店にはなかなか戻れないので、要注意！
シュラスコのお店は東京中どこでもありますが、肉塊UNOはシュラスコでよくあるサラダバーが無く、肉の種類少なめです。これだけ聞くとあまりぱっとしない感じですが、肉塊UNOが別格なのは肉の質！ここでは日本ではまだ珍しいグラスフェッドのの赤肉がメイン！しかもじっくりと低温調理なのでうー牛肉の食感と、旨味が凝縮しています！
久々に仕事仲間と肉でも食べようと言うことになってこちらのお店訪問。以前は恵比寿店を使っていたのですが、そちらのほうは閉店してしまい、本店のプランの門店もほぼ満席。こちらのお店が予約を取れたので、食べログで予約をしました。
今回は人数も少なかったので、カウンター席。店内は今までの店の中では1番広くカウンターもゆったりしています。椅子はハイストールなのでちょっと座りにくいですが、1度座ってしまったらなかなか心地の良い座り心地です。
注文したのは『7種類のお肉のコース＋飲み放題コース』 6380円！
牛の飼育では、よくとうもろこしなどを主体とした穀物類を得として与えるのですが、グラスフェットの部は、その裏の通り、牧草だけ食べるため、牛本来の育ち方をします。こちらで出しているお肉は、グラスフェッドのの1本イチボ肉と、ランプ肉。どちらもかなり油が少なめですが、意外と柔らかくておいしいのが特徴です。その他チキン、豚バラ肉の厚切り、ソーセージなども食べ放題！豚バラ肉は絶妙な加減でビールでも、日本酒でも全然行けそう！
飲み放題のセレクションもなかなか良く、特にワインのセレクションはいい感じ。なんだかんだでワインドボトル2本以上開けた気がします。
これで1人6380円っていうのはものすごいお得ですね！
