赤坂で呑む。馴染みの店はどこも満席だ。時節柄、極端な濃厚接触は控えたい。こういうときは酒場を諦め、食堂か中華が狙い目だ。
三九厨房は駅近であり、二店舗ある。店が１階では無いため、目立たない。そのせいか店には空席が目立つ。
店内テーブルに付くと、チャイナ姉さんがお通し(冷奴小片)を持ってきてくれる。注文は全て、テーブルごとのデバイスで送信する。まずはウーロンハイ。お茶系は何か、ウィルスを消毒してくれるような気がする。その後、餃子や青菜、肉系とバランス良くオーダー。コロナに対抗するには栄養である。ここは注文後、サラダ届くまで速い。注文漏れもない。
そこそこ飲み食いして、コロナ対抗の宴を終えた。
帰途、同行の者がポツリと「さっきの店、中国だよなぁー」と。迂闊にも気づかなかった。アルコール消毒をせねばならぬ。慌てて馴染みのBARに向かう。

ニラレバ定食(750円)
以前来たときよりは若干、値上げされているが、それでも赤坂界隈でのランチ相場から言えば、コスパは高い。
ニラレバをオーダーするとライス、ザーサイ、スープ、杏仁豆腐が提供される。やや遅れてニラレバがやってくる。その量、どっさり。
以前、どこかの中華店でランチにニラレバを試したことがあるが、なんと作り置きで、しんなりしたそれに幻滅したことがある。当店は作りたてなので、相当熱い。
昼時、ほどんど満席となるが、納得だ。
