久しぶりの赤坂！
5年くらい前まではTBSの近くで働いていましたが、
久しぶりに赤坂に来ました。
今日は友人と夕方赤坂見附で待ち合わせをして、
『個室と地鶏和食逢坂』さんにお邪魔しました。外堀通りから溜池山王駅方面に歩いて1分くらいでしょうか？
裏手の赤坂駅方面の飲食店などがたくさんある中にあります。
店内は和装の上品な雰囲気。
個室になっていますので、隣の声もあまり気にせずにお話し出来るのがいいですね！
メニューは鶏肉料理や野菜料理お刺身もあって、
コース料理もありましたが、二人での訪問でしたので、単品料理にしました。
まずは『アサヒスーパードライ』で乾杯(*^^*)
お通しは『地鶏のせせりポン酢』
お通しなのにこんなにボリュームがあって、ポン酢と大根おろしでさっぱりとしていて美味しく頂きました！
『お刺身3点盛り合わせ』
中トロ、真鯛にアオリイカ。
そして今日はサービスでカンパチも入れて下さいました(笑)
盛り付けも綺麗で、しかも新鮮！
中トロは大トロに近い感じで、脂もあって。
そしてアオリイカは歯応えもあって少し甘い感じがしました。
鶏料理が多いのに、お刺身もGoodです！
『大山鶏の水炊き鍋』
具材とスープが別々になっていて、盛り付けも綺麗。
まずはスープから！
白濁のスープ、鶏の香りもあって、スープもちゃんと仕込んでいるんですね！
お肉は大山鶏でしたので、歯切れもよくて、肉質もしっとり。
『カンパチのカマ焼き』
身がホクホク！
塩加減もよくて、やはりここは日本酒ですかね(笑)
獺祭も追加で注文です！
駅近で料理も美味しくて、気軽にお話しが出来た店長、サービスもよくて、またお邪魔します。
