今回は友人達との飲み会でこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
場所は赤坂見附駅からすぐ近く、駅からは徒歩1-2分くらいですね。
店内はしっとり大人の雰囲気がある、和風な空間です。
各席個室なので、宴会などの利用は勿論、ちょっとした食事会、
打ち合わせにも使えそうですね。メニューの方も品揃えは悪くない様子。
地鶏料理と言うことだえあり、鳥料理のメニューはかなり豊富に揃っております。
今回は人数も微妙だったのでアラカルトで注文。
今回は大山鶏の水炊き鍋他何品かを注文しました。
水炊き鍋は、鶏の味を引き出すのに持って来いのお鍋ですね。
水炊きは今でこそ定番の鍋料理と言われていますが、元々は郷土料理だったそうです。
お肉と山盛りの野菜を一緒に煮た状態でいただくスタイルのお料理ですね。
盛りに盛られたもやしも含め、季節のお野菜もたっぷりと入っていて
旬の野菜と熟成されたお肉の旨味を一度に味わう事が出来ました。
他に注文した温玉とチーズのシーザーサラダはドレッシングが濃い目で食べ応えがあり
素材の風味も色濃く出ていてとてもフレッシュなサラダでした。
料理は全体的に美味しかったです。
地鶏料理とお酒は言うまでもなく相性がよく、すぐにほろ酔い状態に、
十分すぎるほど満喫して、今回はお開きとしました。
候補地としては中々悪くないと思えましたね。
利用する機会を楽しみにしつつ、色々検討したいと思います。
