お昼の予約で伺いました。
基本おまかせですが、アラカルトで鯨とホタテの精巣を。精巣の色の違いはオスとメスの違いらしい、味も違うので好みは人によるみたいです。
握りも進んできて、バフンウニ、ムラサキウニもアラカルトで頂きました。
ダメ押しで最後もう1カン追加。
最後の味噌汁は本日使用した魚を使ってとの事、濃厚で凄く美味いです。
