赤坂見附にて、友人と飲みに行ってきたのがこちらのお店。
和食料理のお店で、お造りや鮮魚しゃぶ鍋などの海鮮系の料理を多く見かけた。
まずは店内に入ると落ち着いた感じの席の造りでほぼ個室になっている。
最近、洋風料理や中華料理を扱う居酒屋に頻繁に行っていたので、このようなザ・居酒屋というお店に行くのは久しぶりだ。
もちろんビールに合う料理があれば、どの料理でもウェルカムなのだが。
程なく注文したザ・プレミアムモルツと料理が到着した。
早速冷え冷えのビールで乾杯すると程なくしてメニューが運ばれてくる。
まずは産地直送海鮮サラダ、色鮮やかに盛られている。
続いてお刺身五点盛りが登場。
新鮮なお造りを、しっかり食べれるってのは意外と嬉しい。
他にも ホッケを注文。
素材の味がしっかりと出ていて、他の人たちにも高評でついつい追加で注文しちゃいました。ホッケとビールとの相性が良い。
ローストチキンは味が濃厚に作られていて、お酒が進む味付けでした。
個人的には焼きおにぎりの味付けが絶妙でシメにピッタリでした。
全体的に美味しく中々に満足のいく内容だった。
今回もビール中心に飲んでいたが飲み物の種類も多いので様々な宴会で利用し易いだろう。
