とりわけ一押しは、のどぐろとトリュフのスープ&かますの炙り握り。同じメニューなら、他店には無い感動レベルの内容
本日の握り手さんは新人さんでは無いからか、握りのふんわり感もあり、米粒も綺麗な仕上がり。
赤酢のシャリなので、少なめのつめでもネタの旨味は充分引き出されていて美味い。
青山 鮨利崎に続いて1人飲み代込みで1.5万円を切る優良店。2店とも2号店と言う立ち位置ながら、ビブグルマンの四ツ谷3丁目志げるや初台宗達に匹敵する味と価格を実現。
いずれも客層が少し若いが、価格、味共に間違いないお勧め店。
