黒毛和牛の切り落としをデミグラスソースで煮込み赤ワインを効かせたハッシュドビーフは柔らかでコク深い味わいでドライエイジングされた和牛にサラダをロールして和牛コンソメスープと供に美味しく頂きました,カウンター内で仕込みしてるスタッフさんに素晴らしい霜降り肉だけど私にはチョと脂がキツいかなと宜しかったらとフレンドリーなスタッフさんから黒毛和牛プレミアムレトルトカレーをお土産に頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
