実は高知も餃子が名物。
それも屋台で食べる餃子。
ちょっと興味ありますよね！！！
本日は東京・赤坂。

高知名物屋台餃子 480円です。
高知の〆は屋台の餃子。
なんですって。どんな特徴があるのか？？？楽しみです。
高知の餃子を食べさせてくれるお店。
という事は餃子以外にも高知料理だ沢山あります。
ししとうの焼きびたし 380円
最近は、こういったあっさりお料理が大好きです。
お出汁の味と、ししとうの苦みが美味しいです。
鶏皮の旨煮 380円
じっくり煮込んだ鶏皮は、臭みも油っぽさもとれ
食感と旨味が凝縮したさっぱりとした鶏皮に。美味いです。
ちくきゅう 380円
特に珍しいものじゃありませんが、この竹輪とキューリが
高知名物なんですって。
マヨネーズにワサビ・醤油で食べるそうです。
安定感あって、タンパク質が豊富な美味しさです。
かつおの藁焼きたたき980円
高知と言えばかつおのたたき。
たっぷりの薬味にスライスオニオン＆ニンニク。
たまらないですね！
ほとんどサラダ感覚でいただくカツオのお刺身。
美味いです！！

高知の餃子は、揚げ焼き特徴。
揚げてあるのでカリッとした食感に
野菜が多めの餡が美味しい！！
揚げてある割にはしつこくなく、一口サイズで
パクパクいけちゃいます。
美味いですね～ お酒にピッタリです。
さらにこの餃子を使った
水餃子580円
と思っていたら、皮が厚めなものを使っているとのこと。
ツルン！とした喉越しがたまりません。
このまま何もつけずに食べて、十分に美味しいのですが
ゆずポンで食べると絶妙です。
高知名物の揚げ焼餃子。
こういう食べ方もあるんだな！
と感心です。
高知の人はこれを〆に飲んでいるとは。。。。
羨ましいですね。
