テレビでも取り上げられたおいしい餃子が食べられるお店に、と誘われて訪問。
お店は赤坂見附から歩いて5分しないくらい。赤坂からでも同じくらいかな。
店内は間隔広めにテーブル席が並んでいる。背もたれのない丸椅子でいかにも大衆酒場という雰囲気。
お目当ての餃子は、焼きと水がありそれぞれにんにくのありなしを選べる。餃子を中心に、いただいたのは以下のメニュー。

焼き餃子は思ったより小ぶり。あげてあるかと思うくらい皮がパリッとしていて、中のお肉はほっくりしている。あまり肉汁感はなく、ジューシーというよりはほっくり。
水餃子はお好みでゆずぽんをかけていただくといいそう。シンプルな味のスープなので、ゆずぽんはぴったりだった。焼きより水のほうが大ぶりでむちむち、個人的には好みだった。
それ以外のメニューは肉味噌ピーマン以外どれも一皿¥380。お値段で薄々察してはいたが結構ボリュームが少ない。シェアするより一人一皿でもいいと思うくらい。お味は可もなく不可もなくというところ。
メニューの種類も少ないので、お腹いっぱいにならないうちに頼みたいものをひとしきり食べ終えてしまって、ちょっと惜しいかな。
長居するような椅子でないことを考慮してもサク飲みか、2軒目以降でそんなにお腹がすいていない時がいいかもと思った。
