ホホ肉がびっくりする程、食べやすくて虜でした
赤身肉って、下手するとボソボソしてたりするんですけど、全くそんなこと無くて、しゃぶしゃぶを食べてるかのように、さっぱりすっきり！でも味わい深い✨️
カルビが硬かったのが残念。。。
