以前から何度か伺わせていただいてるうしやさんに久しぶりの訪問です！
13時頃だったのでお店も落ち着いてました。
タン塩から始まり丁度いい厚さのタン塩はジュワジュワの肉汁が出るほど旨い！
カルビとハラミも続いてオーダー。
うしやさんのタレは甘味があり、肉にたっぷり絡ませて、お決まりのオンザライスにしてパクリ！
チャンジャも程よい辛さで絶妙。
レバーもプルンプルンでごま油と塩でいただきましたー。
最後の〆はメニューには載ってないのかな？
カルビうどんをお願いしましたー！
