平日の14時頃。
さすがに空いてました。
超らっき٩(^‿^)۶
当店名物はささみかつだそうですが、
程度の低いダイエッターのごときと同類と
思われたくないので色々味見できるイマカツ膳
1,700円を注文してみました。
結論としてこの選択で間違いは無かったと
思います。というのも、名物のささみかつは
確かに瑞々しさのある肉質で美味しいです。
けれど、この油はなぁ。
香りが甘ったるくてクセ強いんですよね。
ささみかつ用に拘って作っているのは何となく
理解しましたが、とても褒められるような
調合とは思えませんでした。
一方で、ミルフィーユのような食感のメンチかつ、
クリーミー且つ、しっかりカニさんのエキスを
感じるカニクリームは期待以上。
一口ヒレもそれなりに美味しかったです。
性格上、並んでまで食べることはしませんが、
肉質に関してはさすがやなと思いました。
