赤坂ランチのお話。
赤坂通りから六本木通りに抜ける道沿いにあります。赤坂2丁目になります。
ホテルマイステイズプレミア赤坂 1Fにあり通りからは階段で上がるとあります。
2019年６月に訪問したが、その後、2020年7月にリニューアルをし、
「パスタとサラダ専門店」として生まれ変わりました。
店内は木目調のテーブルやカウンターで明るくカジュアルな雰囲気。
前とはあまり変わらない印象。席数は150席もあるらしく、明るく広々としています。
以前よりもお客さんが増えた印象。特に女性客が多い。
メニューは
今週のパスタを含め１３メニュー トマト・オイル・クリーム・和風など＠900～@1,400（全て税込）。
スペシャルメニューとして、濃厚タリアテッレ・ラグーソースマッケロンチーニ ともに＠1,100。

コースは、前菜３種盛り、パスタ、デザート、ドリンク@1,600

そして前菜各種
●イワシと大葉、ドライトマト＠1,000＋Ａセット＠200（全て税込）をお願いしました。
以前は肉・魚・パスタなどのメニューを揃えていたが、特徴がなかったですが、どう変わったのでしょうか。
そして以前はドリンク付きで＠1,000（税別）でしたが、ドリンクは有料化となりました。
２分後にサラダが登場。
レタス、トレビス、紫玉ねぎやニンジンの薄切り、トマト。
ゴマのドレッシングが掛かっています。
サラダが自慢の様でしたが、平凡なサラダでした。
サラダから９分待って、イワシと大葉、ドライトマトです。
イワシのソテー、ドライトマト、大葉、そして鷹の爪が入ったオイルベースです。
イワシの身は臭みも一切なく、火の加減も丁度良い。４－５切れ入っていました。
そしてドライトマトは戻しが甘いケースが散見されるが、ちょどよい戻し具合。
凝縮された旨味と程よい酸味が合います。
オイルベースのソースはちゃんと乳化されており、麺の茹で加減もあっており、
このメニューは美味しかったです。
サラダは凡庸としていましたが、パスタはメニューを絞ったせいで良くなり、
以前よりも向上したように思えます。
