I received the lunch course I had reserved for 5,000 yen (excluding tax). The contents are: [Appetizer] Shigure-simmered Oyster, grated Chinese cabbage, sea cucumber with vinegar, yamakake [Nigiri] Sea kelp jime, Spanish mackerel (with vinegar), Pickled tuna Toro [Dish] Plum chawanmushi [Nigiri] Shellfish (salt and sudachi), Sweet shrimp Salmon roe [Makimono] Tuna, dried gourd, Tamagoyaki (Dashi soup roll/Date roll with shrimp paste) [Bowl] Red soup stock [Nigiri] Conger eel [Dessert] Matcha and yuzu Ice cream The sweet fatty fatty tuna and large salmon roe were delicious. Of course, on this day, the sweet shrimp with its sticky texture was especially delicious. With this and two draft beers, the total cost was about 7,700 yen (tax included), making it a very cost-effective lunch. It's on the 7th floor of an older building, but the store just moved in October 2020, so it's very clean and neat. Above all, the general had a kind atmosphere and we had a great time.
