平日11時35分に突撃。
オープン5分で既に7割程の入り。流石。
お店入ったら、箸と袋入りおしぼりと紙エプロンを持って、指定された席へ着席。
お茶が濃く旨。
先に、肉だんごの小鉢が到着。ラーメンと同じタイミングで食べようかとも思ったけど、
あまりに美味しそうなので待ち切れずにパクリ。
きゅうりも添えてあり、冷えていて美味しい。
着丼。
まず見た目がかなり美味しそう。
盛り付けが綺麗。
よく見ると細かな食材がいろいろ盛られている。
スープも泡立ちすらある。
まず一口。
スーが濃厚。ほんのり辛い。
麺は細ストレートでスーによくなじむ。
ネギや挽き肉など、飽きない配分で具が投入されている。
これは食べ進めるたびに旨さがアップしてくるタイプだ。
ほうれん草？青梗菜？が味覚をリフレッシュさせてくれる。
これは食すべき一杯。
希須林、たけくまなど赤坂の担々麺の美味しいお店で食べた味を思わず思い出して比べてしまうほど。
食べ終えた後、清々しさを感じる時、是即ち醍醐味。
出逢いの妙味。
メニュー表をよく見ると、冷やし汁有り担々麺もある様子。
玄人好みの一杯。
