平日の11:40頃。
薄暗い店内はBARのような雰囲気を醸成しており、先客は無し。カウンター席の端っこに座り、担々麺 1,100円を注文しました。
注文と同時に提供された冷製の肉団子とボイルしたキャベツを食しながら待つこと5分。鮮やかに彩られた丼が目の前に現れました。
動物系白湯と辣油で紅白がくっきり。比較的ライトなスープを芝麻醤がしっかりサポートしており物足りなさはありません。微かに香る発酵は、しょっつる由来でしょうか。気のせいかもしれませんが。
中央に鎮座する黒ずんだ挽肉からは花椒が流れ出し、徐々に辛さと痺れが浸透します。このナチュラルな味変が思いがけず絶妙に美味しい(๑>◡<๑)
ちんたら食べてるとノビてしまいそうな麺も、スープをどっさり含んでいて好みですね。
正直、担々麺が美味しいと思ったことはなかったのですが、ここのは美味しかったです。人生で初めて担々麺をリピートすることになりそうです。
