とっても居心地の良いお店でお気に入りの蕎麦割烹一心さん。
予約はせずお伺いだったのでカウンターにご案内頂きました。
カウンターはカウンターで職人さん達がお料理作ってる様子が見られるのでライブ感あって好きなんだよなぁ。
個室や半個室もあるので接待にも使えます。
店員さん達も細やかで、バイトの子達も頑張ってる感じが好感持てる。接客も良しです！
生ビールから始まり
・おぼろ豆腐
・お刺身盛り合わせ
・お野菜のバーニャカウダ
・大海老のマヨネーズ
・ちくわの磯辺揚げ
・せいろ２人前、とろろつゆ
他、一心ハイボール、ミント檸檬サワー、ゆず酒お湯割りなど
おぼろ豆腐はお塩と薬味であっさりと。
お刺身は中トロ、すずき、金目鯛、平目、カンパチなど。コリコリの食感で、どれも新鮮でとっても美味しかったです。
バーニャカウダは黒酢仕立て！
素揚げされた色んなお野菜をさっぱり食べられます。
大好きなエビマヨは食べて良いよ、というのでひとりじめ笑。マンゴーソースがかかっていてフルーティにエビを楽しみました。
〆にはせいろそばを。
つゆが月見、とろろなど追加料金で選べます。
とっても香り良く、食感もよく、
蕎麦湯までめちゃくちゃ美味しかった…！
久々に美味しい〜と思えるお蕎麦でした。
