【赤坂見附ランチの店特集】其の五 BAKNOS akasaka(バクノス赤坂)
見附の駅から歩いて1〜2分、エスプラナード赤坂通りのナチュラルローソンの前にできたばかりの鉄板焼き店。こちらがランチを始めたと言うことで行ってきた。
ランチのコースが3つ、ぼくたちも3人だったので、それぞれ違うコースを頼んでシェアすることにした。
・A5黒毛和牛ステーキランチセット 1980円
・切り落としステーキランチセット 1580円
・ビーフシチューランチセット 1280円(各税込)
いずれもおしゃれなサラダ付き、ご飯かパンかを選べる。ステーキ系は赤出汁も付く。ビーフシチューは大きな寸胴でじっくり1週間以上煮込んだものらしい。旨みだけでなく、上品な酸味も感じる。ステーキはA5黒毛和牛、しかもBMSが9番以上のものだといい、文句なし。これでは全く利益が出ないだろうな〜（笑）。あとソフトドリンクやアルコールはあったが、コーヒーがなかったので、できればおいてほしいとお願いしてきた。滝口店長、頑張ってね。
