目的地の経由地だったのでランチをこちらでいただくことに。
今回のお肉は佐賀牛のヤリの部分とのことでした。
後程ヤリってどこだろうと思ってネットで調べたところ希少部位とのこと。
少し歯応えがあるなと思ったら、ヤリは硬い部位なんだそうです。前回より肉の枚数が少し多く(おそらく部位にあわせた切り方)美味しかったけど、枚数少なくていいので、歯応えのあるお肉よりも前回の柔らかいお肉の方が好きだなと思いました。(個人の好みです。)
リーズナブルな価格で希少部位を食べれるのはすごいコスパ最強なので、また伺います☺️
