赤坂ランチのお話。
まめ多に女子を連れてランチに行こうかと行ってみたら、
まん防のためしばらくランチ休みとのこと。んが。
それでは、どうしようと思っていたら、同じビルの４Fの案内が目に留まった。
「aLuca」のランチの案内看板。知らないお店です。
ランチは３種あり、写真が間に合わなかったそうで、明日から載せるそうです。
前に4Fには「北の旬菜 茶茶」があったが、変わったようだ。
それではと行ってみた。
店内はややうす暗く落ち着いた雰囲気。
6名テーブル×2 2名テーブル×1とカウンター６席、個室もあるようだ。
先客はゼロで、店主さんのワンオペ。
オープンは21年5／20だそう
ランチメニューは３種 全て＠1,200（税込）
A:ちょっと美味しい欧風ビーフカレー
B：クリーミー担々麵
C:数量限定 地鶏とマカロニの絶品グラタン
サラダ・スープ・コーヒー付きだそう。
グラタンに目がなく、さらに”数量限定””絶品”と言われたら、黙っておけない私は
●数量限定 地鶏とマカロニの絶品グラタン@1,200を。
彼女は、ちょっと美味しい欧風ビーフカレーを注文しました。
洋食と中華どちらも楽しめるお店で、
ディナーメニューも
四川麻婆豆腐・松葉ガニとレタスのチャーハンなどの中華メニューと、
和牛ハツパッチョ55℃・ラムロースのスパイスクリット 黒ニンニクポルチーニソースなどの
イタリアン(洋食）メニューも提供している面白いお店。
イタリアンと中華のお店を経験してきているのか？
さて、すぐにサラダが出てきました。
トマト・レタス・ポテサラなどが入っており、フレンチドレッシングはお手製かな。
ナッツが掛かっており、アクセントになります。
結構、しっかりとした量があり、内容が良くドレッシングの味も良い。
そしてスープは白いスープ皿で。
ポタジューのようですが、上にはオリーブオイルが掛かっています。
このスープ、まろやかで、コクもあり、かなりイケますよ。
彼女と二人で感激しましたよ。
後で聞いたところ、たしかブロッコリーのポタージュだったかな。
丁寧に時間をかけて作られているようです。印象的。
サラダとスープを食べ終わる頃に、
オーブンで焼かれたばかりの地鶏とマカロニの絶品グラタンが登場。
注文から１０分も経っていませんでした。
丸いグラタン皿のグラタンはフツフツを音を立てています。
バケットも添えられています。
表面は適度に焼き目が入っており、ビジュアルにやられますね。
粉チーズも掛かっていましたが、チーズもたっぷりと乗っています。
大ぶりの地鶏は柔らかく、濃厚なチーズと自家製らしいホワイトソースが絡みます。
焦げ目は入ったチーズが香ばしいです。
チーズは濃厚なんですが、しつこくはないです。
具にはマッシュルームが入っていませんが、ホワイトソースにマッシュルームが入っているのかな。
どんどんスプーンが止まりませんね。
彼女が頼んだ、ちょっと美味しい欧風ビーフカレーを分けてもらいました。
ビーフは柔らかく、奥深い味わい。
3日間かけて煮込むだそう。
これはこれで良いですね。
量は全体的には女子向け仕様。
あとから女性客が来ましたが、男性客は私のみ。
食後のコーヒーは紙コップでしたが、マシンで作られており、味は問題なし。
店主さんはこちらが質問すると丁寧に受け答えしてくれて、接客は良いです。
料理はどれも丁寧に作られている印象で、夜も期待できるメニューの数々。
今は隠れ家となっているが、人気が出てくるだろう。
