今日は｢とらや赤坂本店｣さん→｢とらやミッドタウン店｣さんで菓子をピックアップするつもり。
で､｢とらや｣さん行く前

｢海苔弁いちのや」さんで｢海苔弁｣1080円❗️購入。
晩御飯でいただきました。
うーむ(´･_･`)
どこを見ても､｢製造時刻｣の記載無し。
賞味期限とか要らないのかな？
で
ただただ有るのは
弁当蓋裏に遠回しな食材のこだわりと蘊蓄
大層朧気で曖昧な表現。
読んでも､美味そうだと納得出来る内容では無い。
白身魚のフライは、何を揚げてるかもはっきりしない。
｢ほぉ~~~~~｣｢へぇ~~~~~｣っとはなれないのだ。
きんぴらは、｢業務用｣とまでは言わないけれど、おそらくセントラルキッチン製造だと思う。
店の厨房で作ってはいないね。
原材料添加物の仔細も、なんだかなぁ。
この店の裏で作っているのか
大層疑問。
｢炊き飯｣と､セントラルキッチンで作られた具材を詰めているだけみたい。
ソレとも､出来上がったのを配送してるだけ？
製造者が｢九段下｣と表記されてるだけだしね。
なんか｢BIG BOSS新庄監督｣みたいな雰囲気と味w
｢能書き｣｢蘊蓄｣より､安くて美味い海苔弁が食べたいなぁ。
