雰囲気はいいけど、鶏の味はめちゃ普通
かなりこだわった雰囲気で美味しい焼鳥屋が赤坂に誕生したのかとワクワク。鶏も銘柄をこだわっている感じ。
ただ、残念ポイントが盛りだくさん。
ササミは薄いカットで芯まで火が入ってパサパサ。
鶏皮も脂が抜けてカサカサで旨味なく。
肝心なせせりも旨味なし。
レバーはギリギリ合格か。でも、ギリギリセーフレベル。
椎茸がめちゃくちゃ美味しく感動！
鶏より椎茸がおススメと言ってもいいくらい。
普通に美味しいかも知れませんが、雰囲気が高級路線なので、鶏の質はバレる人にはバレるかも。
でも、とにかく焼鳥が大好きなので、ちょい飲み感覚では今後も利用するかもです。

鶏はまずまず。夜遅めの時間までやってくれるので、落ち着いて一杯飲めます。今回は魚沼産の椎茸がとても美味しかったのでレビュー。
肉厚で旨味が強く食べ応え十分！
