Tiktokにて当店公式アカウントの投稿が100万回再生を記録するなど話題を呼んだ居酒屋さんです。
休日18時頃、事前予約の上伺いました。
店内は明るく、ネオンの光が映えを狙っているようでもあります。
今回頼んだのは、以下の6点です。
◯低温調理！牛タンユッケ
見た目よりも分厚く、程よい歯応えが感じられます。濃い目のタレと卵黄のまろやかさがベストマッチ！口当たり滑らかでお酒の進む逸品です。
◯生牡蠣の盛り合わせ8pc
看板メニューであろう肝心の生牡蠣は、身が小さくて少し水っぽく感じました。
殻にゴカイが付いていたのも食欲が失せてまう。うーん、心が広島を求めている。
◯半熟卵のせ燻製ポテサラ
とろとろの半熟卵にゴロッと具材感あるポテサラが美味しい！プライドガーリックも良いアクセントになっています。
こういうおつまみは無限に食べられそう♪
◯牡蠣グラタン
牡蠣の身がとにかく小さくて、旨みも感じられない。これならただのグラタン食べた方が満足感もありそうかも。
◯厚切り！雲仙ハムカツ
衣は固くてビミョいけど、ハム自体はめっちゃ美味しいなあ。すごいジューシー。
肉汁したたる良いハムカツ。
◯芝海老のエビマヨ
濃厚なコクのあるマヨソースに衣はカリッと揚げられていて、肉厚なエビが間違いない美味しさ。青のりが歯につきそうで少し怖い笑
となまあこんな感じで、牡蠣よりも他のメニューの方が秀逸に感じられました。
