超隠れ家！絶対見つからないお店！として
インスタで見かけたこちら。
何だか、妙な店名ですが、オフィス近くの
赤坂にあるし、パスタ気分のランチタイムに
訪問してみようと思い、BMしてありました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
一ツ木通り沿い、ビルとビルの間の小さな
路地を進み、行き止まりにある階段を登り、
扉に見えない扉を押して、やっとこ入店。
確かに分かり難いですが、看板に沿って進めば
迷わないと思いますよ。
店内は、コンクリート打ちっぱなしモダンな
雰囲気です。テーブル席の他、厨房を臨む
カウンター席もありますので、お1人様でも
気兼ねなく入店できると思います。
②お料理について
ランチメニューは、3種類のパスタがあり、
全てにサラダとパンが付くようです。
その他、大盛りにしたり、生ハムを付けたり
オプションが用意されている感じ。
ワインなどのアルコール類もありますね。
この日のパスタは、
“トリュフのカコイチパスタ”
“本日のカコイチパスタ”
“イクラとサーモンのカコイチパスタ”です。
クリーム系のソースが食べたかったので、
“イクラとサーモンのカコイチパスタ”を
お願いしました。
※曜日によりトマトソースの場合もあります。
すぐに、セットのサラダとパンが供されます。
サラダは、サニーレタスに、コーンとツナ、
具材としては、安価なものばかり。
かかっているイタリアンドレッシングも、
特筆すべき点はありません。
パンは温められていますが、クラムが少々
パサついているのが気になります。
いよいよ、カコイチパスタの登場です。
思ったよりも量があり、出来立て熱々なのが
嬉しいですね。
白いソースの上には、イクラが乗せられて
華やかなビジュアルです。
クリームソースですが、サーモンの塩味が
程良く効いていて、軽やかな食べ心地。
ブラックペッパーも、よく効いています。
パスタはタリアテッレ。モチモチした食感が
特長的で、クリームソースにも良く合います。
全て頂けば、ボリュームは十分ありました。
③スタッフの接客について
ホールは、女性お1人で切り盛りしていました。
挨拶や席への誘導等、基本的な部分は問題なく
丁寧で親切な接客応対でした。
厨房にいらしたシェフの男性は、黙々と手を
動かしていて、あまり接客には関わらない
姿勢のようでした。
④ＣＰについて
1,300円の「パスタランチ」として考えると、
赤坂では、妥当な値付けでしょうか。
とはいえ、サラダは平凡だし、パンも1切れ。
立地の面白さはありますが、トータルでの
満足度は、それほど高くなく、CPは普通です。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
ちなみに、前金性です。いきなり「お会計を」
と言われて、少々びっくりしてしまいました。
