大人の隠れ家イタリアン。案内があってもわかりづらい、かつ入りづらい店。ただこちら、相当美味しいパスタを提供する。原材料、輸送コストで値上げの案内が届いたが、それでもまだまだ価値ある一皿を提供してくれる。
おすすめはトリュフと生ハムのカチョエペペ。1500円がランチ1600円に値上げとのことだが、これは食べるべき一皿。とにかく旨い。
ビルとビルの隙間の先に階段。入口の扉もまた開けづらさがある。中2階、入ると素敵な空間が待っている。
パスタランチはサラダ・バケット付き3種とランチコースからなる。
何といってもおすすめはトリュフと生ハムのカチョエペペ。2023年9月現在1500円だが、まもなく1600円に値上げとのことだ。
カチョエペペはローマのパスタになる。チーズと黒胡椒にトリュフと生ハムがトッピングされている。
トリュフが香りにチーズでコク、塩味も絶妙。とにかく旨い一皿だ。
