Last time I had cacio e pepe with truffles and Prosciutto, so today I made carbonara with whitebait fried in a pot. Follow the recommendation and add salmon roe. The material is good. I was finally able to come. A hideout among hideouts. A sign along the street where I found it said, ``We've come this far.'' Just the wording makes me excited. There is an information board at the back of the alleyway that does not seem to be the entrance. “Who is really here?” The entrance is like a hidden door. I was nervous when I entered. . . The inside of the store is bright and stylish, the exact opposite of the outside! Passed by a stylish gray counter, we were served lunch's famous truffle and Prosciutto cacio e pepe. The salad is crunchy. Wait while enjoying fresh lettuce and moist chicken breast. The scent of truffles, fresh cream, and Pecorino Romano wafts through the air. Expectations max. And in front of me was a beautiful plate of pasta. Beneath the fluffy snow-like Pecorino Romano, you can see a high-quality, authentic Italian Prosciutto with a strong flavor. When you bring the chewy fettuccine to your mouth with a fork, you can smell the rich truffle aroma! After enjoying the scent of truffles, gently toss everything together. delicious. The flavor of the sauce is also perfect. The balance of the aroma of truffles, the saltiness of Prosciutto, and the flavor of Pecorino Romano will make you happy. By the time I got home, customers were arriving one after another. カルボナーラの濃厚さが、シラスとイクラでちょうど良い感じになる。
でも、旨味は倍に。
イクラがキラキラしててとても綺麗✨。
絶妙な味のバランスが素晴らしい。
他では絶対に食べられない。
最高のグルメランチがあるから、オフィスに出勤するのも嫌じゃない。
