It's a 2-3 minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, and you walk down a long narrow alley along Hitotsugi Dori that makes you wonder, ``Can I go in here?'' At the end, when you go up the stairs, you'll see a fireproof door decorated in a brick pattern. It's Italian Cuisine in a difficult-to-understand location with a door that makes you wonder, "Is this a restaurant?" and you have to use the intercom to unlock the door before you can enter. It's Restaurants. The interior of the restaurant is made of exposed concrete and has a bright and stylish interior, with 8 tables and 6 seats at the counter, making it feel like a small hideout. Since it was my first visit to the store, I ordered the store's specialty, ``Truffle and prosciutto cacio Prosciutto (1,700 yen).'' The system was that when you order, you pay in advance in cash. The cold drinks were served in a glass cup with a floral pattern, and to put it in modern terms, it was ``emotional,'' a nostalgic item for our generation. First, a salad was served, a green salad, chicken breast sprinkled with cheese, and the dressing was delicious. Next came the main dish and baguette. The main course, cacio e pepe, was topped with plenty of fluffy cheese, with truffles and Prosciutto hidden beneath the cheese. The cacio e pepe is mixed with a rich cream sauce, and the rich truffle aroma spreads and is delicious! It's also delicious when eaten with Prosciutto and cream sauce on a baguette. I also had a bite of the crab pasta (1,400 yen) and mozuku peperoncino (1,100 yen) that my two companions ate, but the specialty truffle and Prosciutto cacio e pepe was by far the most delicious. Although the location is difficult to find, I found a good store.
