赤坂の牛タンバル AKASAKATan伍（アカサカタンゴ）。
以前スペイン料理のお店があったところに移転していたらしい。
移転後の新しいお店に行くのは初めて。
ビールで乾杯の後は、店名通り、牛タンづくしのコース。
まずはサラダ。
ここからは、怒涛の牛タン料理。
牛タンユッケ！
玉子の黄身で絡めて食べると絶品。
スープの後は名物、牛タンカツサンド。
柔らかくて肉厚な牛タンのサンドイッチ。
パンがトーストされている。
口の中でサクッと切れるというか、蕩けるというか。
ああ、至福。
霜降りトロ牛のステーキ。
これも口の中で蕩けます。
続いて、肉寿司！
口の中で蕩ける料理リレー。
どれも美味し。
知多のハイボール。
茹でタン塩も行っときますか。
タンは焼いてよし、茹でてよし。万能だなあ。
四ツ谷のたん焼き忍に行きたくなってきた(笑)
テールスープを飲んで、別腹デザートへ。
牛タンづくしの至福なひと時でした。
どれも美味しかったけど、牛タンカツサンドの破壊力は別格だな。
