今回ランチどきに訪問
今回いただくのは「牛タンカツレツ定食」
牛タンのカツレツって聞いたことなかったけどどんなものか…
まず牛タンが柔らかい☺️
揚げてるから少し歯応えある感じに仕上がってるのかなって思いきや歯がすーーーって入るぐらいの柔らかさ
ソースが「ソース」、「タルタル」、「オニオン」がありそれに「塩」、「わさび」、「レモン」がある
個人的にはタルタルと塩＋わさびが好きだった
テールスープは、仙台のと違い少し塩っけがあり身体に染みるスープ☺️
夜だけじゃなくランチでも美味しい
