Reopening date after relocation: July 4, 2022 |
2024/1/XX (Lunch) I have visited the restaurant before its relocation, and I remember having a delicious and good-value beef tongue lunch. It seems that the restaurant has been relocated before I knew it and the menu structure has changed, so I decided to visit during opening hours. I visited just as the store was opening, and there were no customers before me, and then during my stay there were no customers after that, so the restaurant was reserved from beginning to end. The store faces the street and feels much smaller than the previous store. There was one person working in the hall, and there seemed to be another person in the kitchen in the back. I was confused about the "beef tongue cutlet set meal" and ordered this one. [b:■ Aged thick-sliced beef tongue set meal @ 2,200 yen (tax included)] *Set meal contents (rice + tail soup + side dish + pickles) *Credit card payment accepted Since there were no other customers, the food was served quickly. is. As for the side dishes, I think you could have the simmered beef tongue with green onion salt, and the green onion salt with the beef tongue, but it was delicious as a stand-alone side dish. It tasted exactly like the green onion salt for samgyeopsal I made at home two days ago, and the sesame oil worked well. I think the quality of the beef tongue shigureni is average, with not much flavor. Now, the main dish, the aged thick-sliced beef tongue, is not very thick, but considering the cost of beef tongue these days, I think this is the best you can do. It had a good flavor and was delicious, but I might have liked it to have a bit more of the beef tongue's unique chewiness. It lacked a bit of aroma and saltiness, so I asked for some extra salt and it was delicious. As for the beef tongue tail soup, I think it's at a standard level. The only downside is that it's a little warm. Overall, as for the food, although the main dish, the beef tongue, is delicious, considering the quality of the rice and side dishes, I would rate it as just so-so. Considering the cost performance, I don't have any active plans to visit again, but they have a wide variety of lunch menus that are not available at regular beef tongue specialty restaurants, so I might come back for that purpose. Thank you for the meal. Side note: There were only 5 people in line for "[a:13002183, Aisuian]" in front of the store, so I felt a little regretful that I should have joined the line.
