A luxurious location just outside Akasaka Mitsuke Station. It is a small shop with only a counter, and you can enjoy it moderately quietly. I made a course reservation in advance and visited. selection Course 6800 yen. 3 kinds of appetizers, chicken specials, salad, 5 yakitori, 2 vegetable skewers. Add truffle soboro TKG to this course (+1000 yen). The appetizers are rice noodles, white strawberries, and chicken soup. The soup has a low salt content and a strong chicken flavor. The chicken gem is seared chicken. It seems to be the same processing method as Prosciutto. Served with sweet soy sauce. The delicious thing about this chicken seared!! I liked this so much that I wanted to eat it again and again. It is soft but chewy, and the more you bite into it, the more flavor spreads in your mouth. This is where the skewers begin. Thighs, green onions. With a salad in between, you can also get a hug, Brussels sprouts, tsukune, and grated radish with a fresh mouth. With scissors, gizzards, lotus root, furiso. This is the end of the skewer. On the one hand, I would like to eat a little more yakitori, but on the other hand, I feel that it would be just right if it ended here. Seven skewers (5 yakitori and 2 vegetables) may be the best amount. I was stunned by the crispy aroma of the skin of the first thigh, and I was surprised by the elasticity and juiciness of the meat. You can see them grilling on a charcoal fire in front of you, and the crackling sound and aroma make it even more delicious. The humi is a breast meat wrapped in large leaves and skin. The refreshing presence of the large leaves and the firm oiliness of the skin are just right. The salad dressing is homemade carrot dressing. 〆 The additional truffle soboro TKG is duck soboro. Luxuriously generous truffles. While enjoying the aroma that passes through your nose, you can feel the good compatibility of rich eggs and duck meat. Overall, it was a high quality and delicious, and I thought it was worth more than the price. There seems to be a restaurant in Ginza and Ebisu, and I would definitely like to visit other restaurant.
