マイレビさんのもつ焼きレビューに刺激されて、せめてお昼にもつ煮込みとコチラへ
以前はお気に入りだった正駒って大衆居酒屋だったところに出来た似た路線の居酒屋さん
早めのランチタイムの店内は随分と清潔な感じで先客１組
カウンター席に案内されてオーダーは看板メニューのもつ煮込み定食@1,000
待つ間に続々お客さんが続き7分の入りになった頃にもつ煮込み定食登場
大きな土鍋にグツグツともつ煮込み、お茶碗ご飯に味噌汁と沢庵とシンプルなラインナップ
七味振ったら頂きまーす
八丁味噌を使ったと謳うもつ煮込みは思ったよりシャバ系の軽めのお味
脂身の無いハチノスなどをしっかり下拵えしたもつは、クセが無くその分パンチも弱い上品系
もつ以外の具は絹ごし豆腐と半熟煮玉子
ドロドロの濃厚煮込みに慣れた親父にはちと物足りないかなー
とか言いながら、早々にお茶碗カラになりお代わりご飯は大盛でお願い
更に七味足した煮込みの汁をかけてワシワシ掻き込む
土鍋のおかげでまだまだ熱々の汁と七味で汗ジンワリで完食
臭みも無く上品系なので女性のコラーゲン補給にも好適ながら、もつ喰ったぞ感は今一つ
ガッツリ好きな親父には、もつ煮込み定食なら溜池まで足伸ばしてあべちゃんかなぁ
