赤坂駅（東京メトロ千代田線）から徒歩３分ほどの場所にある牛骨ラーメンのお店。最寄りの駅は赤坂駅ですが、赤坂見附駅からでも徒歩５分ほどの距離になります。お店はカウンターのみ。券売機で事前に食券を買う方式です。都内には西麻布にもお店があるようです。赤坂店のオープンは2022.9で比較的新しいお店です。王様のブランチやZipなどメディアでも取り上げられることが多く、店内には著名人の来店を誇らしげに掲示してあります。
このお店、基本はホルモンラーメン990円です。赤と白の２種類があります。お店のおすすめは、さらに「〆の雑炊またはリゾット」400円を注文してスープを最後まで楽しむというものです。確かにラーメンの麺の量は比較的少食の私でも少ないと思ったほど。実際、多くの人は〆の雑炊、またはリゾットを追加注文していました。
ラーメンは熱々の状態で出てきます。牛骨スープなので韓国のコムタンやソルロンタンに中華麺が入った感じといえばいいでしょうか。スープは思ったよりもシンプルで美味しいと思います。ジャンクっぽくないですね。ホルモンは４つ。麺は細麺です。
