赤坂見附で仕事があり、久しぶりに立ち寄りました。
17時ごろでしたが、街はサラリーマン街なのか人通りは少なめでした。
職場の同期と軽く散歩して軽く飲もうとなり、
メイン通りの２つ隣の通りまで軽く散歩をしました。
一際目立つ外観で新店っぽいところだったので行ってみることに。
笑顔が素敵なお姉さんが席まですぐにご案内してくれました。
店内は暖かい照明で統一されており、お店の雰囲気作りへの気配りを感じますね。
さて、メニューをザーッと見て、とりあえずハイボールで乾杯。
最近ダイエットしてるので基本ハイボールです。笑
今日炭酸でバランスいいハイボールでした。
そして料理は焼き鳥5本盛り合わせとハラミ串を注文。
もも、手羽先、ししとう、ミニトマト、砂肝の盛り合わせでした。
ももは肉質が柔らかく、ふわっとした食感。
手羽先は火加減が絶妙で脂がしっかりと溢れ出てきました。
ミニトマトと、ししとうも食感を残した焼き加減で良かったです◎
ハラミ串も柔らかく、ここのお店焼き加減がどれもちょうどいいですね。
あまり居酒屋では見ませんが鳥レバーの刺身を追加で。
ぷるぷるでしっとり、ニンニクと生姜をつけて塩味ごま油で頂きます。
酒のつまみとして優秀！二杯目のハイボールも追加！
揚げ茄子のお浸しと締めように茶そばを注文。
揚げ茄子の皮はパリッと中はフワッとした食感とともに大根おろしと一緒に頂きます。
これは家でも作りたいやつ。笑
最後に締めの茶そば！
さっぱりと頂きました。
