・平日の11:00頃の訪店で、先客無し＆後客1名
・地下にあって窓が有りませんので、それなりの雰囲気 (-_-;)

・ベトナムの方々の運営ですが、客が入店しているにもかかわらず
掃除機をかけておられて、国民性の違いですかね（苦笑

オーダーから13～4分で、着盆でありまする～♬
ハーフサイズの牛肉のフォーは、麵をリフトすれば軽く湯気が
上がる状態で、これまで頂いて来た「フォー」の中では一番熱いかも（笑
バインミーのメインの具材はレバーペーストでしたが、パンは
ちゃんとリベイクされており、表面サクサク、中はもっちりで
良く出来た美味しい商品かとは思われます (^_-)-☆
これにベトナム風のデザートが付きますので、CP も先ず先ず！
