After work in Akasaka, I decided to go somewhere to eat and drink, so I went into this place, which had a very pretty wooden entrance design. It was still early at 4 o'clock, so I went in without a reservation, but it seems that it is very crowded on weekdays. I'm glad it was Saturday. Inside the store, large paintings line the walls. The colors are bright and there are a lot of blues, and the pictures of waves and Mt. Fuji are very refreshing. The shichimi chili pepper, aji, salt, and soy sauce on the table are dust-free and very clean. I'm happy. I find chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) full of dust and scary lol. I ordered: Taco Q ponzu sauce, millet sashimi, fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with green onions, hot oolong tea. It's all about Seafood lol. It's hard to find Kibinago sashimi, and this restaurant seems to specialize in Kyushu cuisine. There is even a menu list that says ``Kyushu Delicious.'' Among them were crispy fried burdock, broiled burdock, mentaiko, horsetail, salt, Kyushu, fried chicken, tofu, and Tempura of millet. I'm full! Thank you for the meal.
