東京赤坂にある |
最近流行りつつある白湯スープのラーメンを食べたくて訪問。出汁は美味しかったけど、もう少し濃厚さが好みだった。このジャンルのラーメンではインパクト勝負ではないものの、中々差別化は難しいのかなと思いながら食べた。
