●Hong Kong Story Akasaka Mitsuke Branch Hello, this is hangover food. On this day, I went shopping at Bic Camera Akasaka Mitsuke store in the morning. It's convenient because it's right above the station. I came to see the size of the suitcase, but I was thinking that it would be difficult to buy something like this online without seeing it in real life. When I finished my various errands and was about to go home, I noticed that there was a restaurant in the back of the second floor of Bic Camera. If I think back on it, I think it was Saint-Marc. I felt like there was a cafe there before, but it's just a normal Hong Kong restaurant called "Hong Kong Story." I just looked at the clock and it was 11:00. Since it opens at 11 o'clock, I decided to go in to see if it was a good time. ●Notable menus Lunch A: Stir-fried beef with oysters 1,500 yen Lunch B: Fried pork belly 1,200 yen Lunch C: Dandan noodles and Dim sum 1,280 yen There are three types of lunch. Stir-fried beef with oysters, fried chicken and dandan noodles. Normally, I would have chosen dandan noodles, but since I was feeling a bit like fried noodles, I opted for fried noodles. ●Lunch B (Yurinji) It was right after it opened, so I was the first one there. There were no customers, so it was reserved. The view is not bad ^^ - Aburinji (1200 yen) After a while, Aburinji appeared. Oh, it's quite voluminous. It comes with Gyoza / Dumpling, soup, salad, and dessert. The coating on the fried chicken is not very thick and has a light texture, but the part that is submerged in the sauce at the bottom is a bit sticky. The chicken is quite thin and very easy to eat. If the chicken is thick, each bite will be quite large, so I feel like this size is the easiest to eat. The sour sauce goes well with rice, and it's what you would call a typical oil-based sauce! That's what it feels like. I thought it was a comforting dish of fried chicken ^^ The soup was a thick egg soup similar to what you would get at a Chinese Cuisine. The taste may not be my favorite as it is thin and rough. On the other hand, the salad was crunchy and delicious! It also comes with Gyoza / Dumpling, so it's quite filling. There is some talk about whether 1200 yen is high or low, but I think I would have been happy if it was a little cheaper. ●Thank you for the meal! I went to Restaurants inside Bic Camera, which is quite an unusual location, but I think it was a good and voluminous lunch. Come to think of it, there is also a rotating sushi bar inside Bic Camera in Yurakucho, so perhaps Restaurants are more common inside Bic Camera. To my untrained eye, there are a lot of places to eat around Akasaka-mitsuke Station, so I feel like something more cafe-like would have been better. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next as the cafe menu expands!
