玉葱のタルトは、あめ色に炒めた玉葱にクッキー生地の土台を期待していたら、
火を通した玉葱と、パイ生地の土台で、あっさりめの味わい。期待と違ったせいか、ちょっと残念。
リンゴのタルトも、さっと火を通したリンゴ＋パイ生地だったので、かぶってしまいました。
タルトは、ざくざくとしたあの土台がおいしいのになぁ。
仔羊は、仔羊らしさを残しつつ、完璧な火通りで、とてもおいしかった。
また行きたいです。
