本当においしいクリスマスディナーでした。最高でした。まずは鴨のリエット、アミューズは
軽く炙った自家製スモークサーモンと野菜サラダ、これは絶品、最高の炙り具合、次はクルジェットのカルボナーラ風、卵のココットとトリュフ、それから鮮魚のパリパリパイ包み焼き、メインは和牛もも肉のステーキ、赤ワインソース、これは本当に絶品、それからお口休みは、ブリーチーズ、そして最後はデザート盛り合わせとお茶菓子、そしてコーヒーでした。店員さんも親切でとても良いお店でした。
