昨今のコロナ疲れが世で囁かれている最中、結婚記念日として初訪問。綺麗なお店で遠目でも目を惹く感じです。綺麗な個室に通され妻と娘の３人分が雰囲気良くセッティングされていました。この段階で安堵出来ました。対応も良く、いいお店である事が肌で感じられました。
コースのお料理はどれも丁寧さを感じるものばかりで、特に火入れ具合は絶妙でした。ゆったりとして時間が過ぎてついつい長居になっている自覚のない素敵な時間がコースの完成度を実感させてくれました。即、乾杯の瞬間に戻りたいと思わせてくれるお店でした。
最後はシェフ自らご挨拶頂き、見送っても頂き、大満足の結婚記念日の夕食となりました。
