平日昼でも10人以上の行列。リーマンさん、OLさんかな。

目当ての有名なダニエル中盛り1100円。
見た目カルボナーラだがオリジナル。
男は中盛り以上オススメとの事だが凄い麺の量で350g。厨房見ると茹で置きをフライパンで炒飯の様に炒めてる。中太でもっちり。スクランブルエッグを絡めた感じ。パスタではなく、スパゲティ。ベーコン、玉ねぎ、キノコ、決め手はニンニクでしょう。超美味い‼
️パサつきそうなもんだが、流石です。

There are not many people in Toranomon on Saturday. There is no line as usual. This time I ordered a medium-sized panna. Even though it is an original, I have never seen anyone order it. It is said to be a panna cotta panna, so maybe it is made with fresh cream? The base is white sauce with ground beef, mushrooms, and onions. The sauce is lighter than it looks. The ground meat is delicious. Sometimes I add cheese and Tabasco. It goes great with Tabasco. It's a joy to eat a hot thick pasta while huffing and puffing. I wonder if the green peas are unnecessary. It was delicious. I should have ordered a large portion.
