鮎の押し寿司が食べたくて探していたら見つけました
お店に伺ってみましたら、事前に電話で予約してもらえたら出来るかな？と
今日は穴子押し寿司とちまき寿司５本
６種類のため、泣く泣く鯛を外しました
いそいそ持ち帰り、いただきました
穴子の押し寿司は、ふにゃふにゃせずタレの旨味が身と合わさり良い味でした
ちまき寿司は、玉子・鯵・鱒・海老・あゆ
三枚の笹にくるまれた寿司は小ぶりですが、確かな旨さ
神田のけぬき寿司同様に酢がきつめと思いきや、しゃりは控えめな味ですね
ネタはそれぞれ仕事をなさっています
ネタの個性を生かして笹に閉じ込められています
お土産にも良いですね
