六本木からこちらへ移転したお店です。
老舗なのですが、地下1Fに有る関係で外の老舗感は希薄「有職 本店」
店内に入ると、引渡カウンターしか無いですが雰囲気は有ります。
茶巾寿司の他にちまき寿司、チラシ、粕寿司などが有りますが
お昼時のみセットが有るらしいので、そちらを頼んでみました。
◇彩食弁当；1200円
ミニ茶巾寿司＋太巻き＋煮物＆海老色々
茶巾とちまき狙いだったものの、弁当には茶巾しか入っていませんでした。
五目酢飯に海老等を乗せた物を薄焼卵焼きで包んで干瓢で縛った感じ
酢飯感はあっさりですが、胡麻やヒジキ？を混ぜた味と食感が上質です。
太巻き２片と色々な煮物に昆布などが上品な味付けと歯応えで老舗を主張しています。
量は少なめですが流石の内容でした。
