13時過ぎに初訪問です。1割強の入。
なんとなく薄暗い店内で不安を感じながら、唐辛子マーク1つの担々刀削麺680円をオーダします。
待つこと3分強で着丼。
見た目はそれなりの刀削麺です。
麺は1.5cm程の幅でちゃんと作られているもので、歯応えも適度にあり、風味もあります。
スープは担々麺というよりややスパイシーな辛麺に、パクチーが程よく効いていて、
アジアンなものです。
辛さもメニューに書かれていた通りで、やや辛。私にはちょうど良かったので、
辛いもの好きの方には物足りないかも。
具は、もやし、チンゲン菜、挽肉で、結構野菜もとれます。
これで700円未満は魅力的です。
