１月の上旬の少し寒い日に訪れました。
西新橋と虎ノ門の間の路地裏にあるので少しわかりにくいです。
寒い日の１３時前だったので、すぐに入れました。
山椒の効いたマーラー刀削麺を注文。
運ばれてきた丼を見ると赤いスープの上にもやしやパクチーがのっている。
スープを飲むとそれほど辛くなく、山椒が効いてとても美味しい。
麺は少し厚めで、モチモチとしているので、
スープが跳ねるので注意が必要です。
