平日の11:45に訪問。
外に1組（2人）待っていたので，その後ろに並んだ。
開店時間が11:30なので，ちょうど11:45くらいから，1巡目の人たちが続々と出始めてきた。
そのため，5分強待ってから席に案内された。
ランチは，親子丼の並盛りか大盛りの2種類だけ（値段は同じ）なので，「親子丼（大盛り）」を注文した。
カウンター席だったので，親子丼を作る過程を眺めていた。
5分弱で料理が運ばれてきた。
卵のとろとろ具合が絶妙で，鶏肉も柔らかくておいしかった。
卓上に七味唐辛子と山椒があるので，途中で味変をして楽しむこともできた。
お店を出た時には，10人弱の人が並んでいた。
ランチは，時間が限られている人が多いと思う。
そのような中，料理の提供が早く，回転率も高いため，行列の割りに待たなくてよいのは大きいだろう。
