匠の技をカウンターに座り間近に拝見。
美しい包丁さばきで料理がどんどん完成。
ベテラン板前さんの出身地の話からどんどんエリアが狭まっていき、凄くローカルな話しになって盛り上がっちゃいました。
同郷の世界的スター〇〇さんとの親交の話しなど楽しい時間を過ごしました。
